GENERAL1. The art you'll receive is only for personal purposes.2. For Commercial use there will be a fee of 50% extra charge on the final price. THIS MUST BE CLARIFIED BEFOREHAND
(Depending on the nature of the commission I may also ask for a % of royalties)3. You can post the received art on any site, with the proper credit. Never claim the commissioned artwork as yours.4. You will receive a digital file of the art you commissioned (i.e.: PNG/PDF/ KritaFile/ PSD/AEP/etc.according to your needs and the nature of the commission) . I do not manage printing at the time being!5. When I have finished the sketch I will send it to you! That is the only time you can ask me to change anything to meet your needs. Once you approve it you can't ask for modifications. If you want to modify something after you approve, you will have to pay an extra 20% to 50% fee depending on the modification.6. Once i finish the artwork you can ask for color modifications or minor changes if something is missing7. If it is taking me a long time to finish or to send you a sketch talk to me!8. The art will have my signature and you can’t change it for anythingCOMMISSIONSYou have 48H to send the payment. If no info/payment is received I will give the slot to the next commissioner.Do not send payment until I confirm your order, please!COPYRIGHT/ USAGE POLICYAS THE ARTIST:1 - Post/ display the picture in social media (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters) for promotion and portfolio purposes.AS THE CLIENT:1 - Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery or page (with no profit purposes).
Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale. (For Commercial Use Commissions check “General - 2.”)2 - Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.You are NOT ALLOWED to:· Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission.· Reproduce the copyrighted artwork comercially (meaning making money of it in any way) if you have not made it clear from the beginning.
