GENERALThe art you'll receive is only for personal purposes.For Commercial use there will be a fee of 50% extra charge on the final price. THIS MUST BE CLARIFIED BEFOREHAND
(Depending on the nature of the commission I may also ask for a % of royalties)You can post the received art on any site, with the proper credit. Never claim the commissioned artwork as yours.You will receive a digital file of the art you commissioned (i.e.: PNG/PDF/ KritaFile/ PSD/AEP/etc.according to your needs and the nature of the commission) . I do not manage printing at the time being!When I have finished the sketch I will send it to you! That is the only time you can ask me to change anything to meet your needs. Once you approve it you can't ask for modifications. If you want to modify something after you approve, you will have to pay an extra 20% to 50% fee depending on the modification.Once i finish the artwork you can ask for color modifications or minor changes if something is missingIf it is taking me a long time to finish or to send you a sketch talk to me!The art will have my signature and you can’t change it for anything(The prices may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork requested)COMMISSIONSYou have 48H to send the payment. If no info/payment is received I will give the slot to the next commissioner.I won’t give you the rights of the picture itself.Do not send payment until I confirm your order, please!I have the right to decline your commission if I feel I can't do itCOPYRIGHT/ USAGE POLICYAs the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;Post/ display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters)Promote myself with it in any place.As a commissioner you may:Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery or page (with no profit purposes).
Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale. (For Commercial Use Commissions check “General - 2.”)Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.You are NOT ALLOWED to:Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission.Reproduce the copyrighted artwork comercially (meaning making money of it in any way) if you have not made it clear from the beginning. (For Commercial Use Commissions check “General - 2.”)Take credit for the art.Remove my watermarks/signatures. Unless it is commercial (For Commercial Use Commissions check “General - 2.”)PAYMENT METHODSI will only accept PaypalI require full payment before I start the artwork.Paypal payments will only be accepted in €If you change your mind about asking for a commission please tell me. Preferably before the first milestone.I will add you to my to-do list once payment is cleared and details are given.Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission.Any Statement is OPEN TO CHANGE if discussed with the artist BEFORE placing the commission(The Terms depicted in this document are automatically accepted at the moment the customer commissions the artist!)
